Correction to “Continuity of physician care over the last year of life for different cause-of-death categories: a retrospective population-based study” =========================================================================================================================================================== An error occurred in an article published Nov. 8, 2022.1 It has come to the authors’ attention that there was an error in how they described the computation of one of the measures. The error pertains to how they defined the Bice–Boxerman Continuity of Care Index. The article stated, “We used a modified version recognizing that the index would be reduced if the patient saw multiple specialties, as these physicians are expected to be different.” In fact, the authors used the original Bice–Boxerman Continuity of Care Index, which does not make this modification. The results are correct as described, and this difference in method of calculation does not change the conclusions of the study. The error has been corrected at cmajopen.ca. ## Reference 1.
